Heute habe ich den MAX G3 D auf 100% geladen und bin 47,4 Km gefahren. Restladung von 7% bzw. 5,2 Km. Bin 80 Kg schwer plus ca. 2 Kg Rucksack. Die ganze Zeit nur im Sportmodus. Der Scooter fährt dabei immer seine 22 Km/h (mit GPS kontrolliert) auch wenn es eine Steigung hoch ging. Bergab max 25 Km/h aber ich habe die Energierückgewinnung auf Standard eingestellt, das bremst dann wohl bei der Abfahrt. Unter 10 oder 11% bringt der MAX G3 D nur noch 20 Km/h und unter 8 oder 9 % wollte er nur noch 15 km/h schnell fahren. Zu den Bremsen kann ich sagen das die am Anfang echt mangehalft, eigentlich gefährlich waren. Jedoch nach inzwischen mehreren Bremseinsätzen hat sich das merklich verbessert. Der MAX G3 D ist mein erster Scooter, ich kann also nicht sagen ob es im Vergleich zu anderen ein guter Scooter ist aber ich bin mit dem Teil mehr als zufrieden und es macht sehr viel Spaß damit. Nur das mir ständig Fußgänger und Radfahrer kopfschüttelnt und mahnend entgegenkommen wenn ich auf dem Radweg fahre. Dabei müssen E-Scooter doch auf Fahrradwegen fahren oder habe ich da was falsch verstanden?
Update 09.05.2025: Nun hat es endlich geklappt mit dem Firmware-Update (nach ca. 120 Versuchen mit verschiedenen iOS und Android Geräten) :D

Wenn ihr ihn bekommt, achtet auf radiales und axiales Spiel in der gefederten Vordergabel. Teilweise werden Exemplare geliefert, welche in der Dämpfung mehrere Millimeter Spiel haben, welches sich im Lauf der Zeit noch verschlimmert.
Auch empfiehlt sich ein Tausch der Kugellager im Vorderrad gegen vernünftige 6001-2RSH von SKF. Die vom Werk verbauten sind von billigster Qualität und halten maximal ein paar hundert km, bei Nässe noch weniger. Anleitungen gib's zu Hauf im Internet, ist kein großes Ding und kostet wenig.
Dann noch alle beweglichen Teile wie die Aufhängungen der Hinterachsschwingen schön mit PTFE-Fett schmieren. Dann habt ihr mehr Freude damit.

1. Bremsen: Die Bremsen sind einfach nur ein Lacher. Man kommt zwar zum Stehen, aber wenn es mal knapp wird, erzeugen sie nicht genug Verzögerung. Außerdem ist die Bremswirkung nicht gleichmäßig.
2. Bergab fahren: Beim Bergab fahren bremst der Scooter urplötzlich ohne jede Vorwarnung sehr stark ab. Das passiert immer dann, wenn ich bergab fahre. Bis jetzt konnte ich Schlimmeres verhindern. Aber wenn das so weitergeht, gebe ich den E-Scooter zurück, denn das ist ein Sicherheitsmangel.
3. Frontlicht: Das Frontlicht ist kaum zu gebrauchen. Es reicht nicht aus, um sicher fahren zu können.
4. Überprüfung vor dem Versand: Es wäre schön, wenn die Geräte vor dem Verschicken wenigstens grob überprüft werden würden. Bei mir war der Luftdruck in den Reifen sehr niedrig.
5. Blinker: Die Blinker sind zwar eine schöne Idee, aber leider werden sie während der Fahrt oftmals von den Händen verdeckt, sodass sie von hinten nicht zu sehen sind.
Aber es gibt auch Positives zu berichten:

4. Blinker und Rücklicht: Die Blinker und das Rücklicht sind schön hell.
Fazit:
• Für das Geld ist der Scooter schon recht gut. Ich würde ihn auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.
• Der Fahrer des Scooters muss eine gewisse persönliche Reife erreicht haben, um sicher am Straßenverkehr teilzunehmen. Deshalb finde ich es nicht gut, dass Kinder ab 14 Jahren ohne jede Befähigung (Schulung) damit am Straßenverkehr teilnehmen dürfen.
• Den Scooter sollten auf keinen Fall Leute fahren, die Probleme mit dem Gleichgewicht haben. Ich hatte anfangs leichte Probleme, aber nach einigen Stunden Training hat sich das restlos erledigt.

Es macht unheimlich viel Spaß mit dem segway durch die Gegend zu fahren.
Durch die Federn merkt man kaum die Unebenheiten der Straße oder dem radweg bezw. Fußgänger weg.
Ich bin bis jetzt knapp 25 km gefahren und das Teil zeigt noch 3 Balken von 5 . Und das bei einem Gewicht von 108 kg. Die Steigung über einen langen Zeitraum über eine Brücke schafft er locker mit 22 kmh.
Ich bin 1000% begeistert.
Davor hatte ich einen von der Fa. Zankun für knapp 300€ mit angeblichen 30 km Reichweite, bin ich keine 12km gefahren da war der Akku komplett leer und er fuhr nur 20 kmh , das Lenkrad ging mir bei einer 180 cm bis zum Bauchnabel ,wobei ich schon nach 2 km arm schmerzen undin Rücken waren die schmerzen unerträglich, sodass die lust fürs fahren weg war.
2 . Negative Sachen an dem segway .
1. Diese Hupe ist ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn nicht sogar lästig, sie ist schrill und nervt. Es kommt bei den Menschen die gewarnt werden sollen nicht an.
2. Das mit den 20 kg ist eindeutig zu schwer. Ich hab Glück das ich im EG wohne ,da muss ich nicht weit tragen , jemand der nicht so viel Kraft hat , bekommt echte Probleme.

Grundsätzlich ist der MAX G2 D ein toller Roller, so im Vergleich zu Hinz und Kunz auf dem Markt.
Was man aber wissen sollte ...
• Die Reichweite von 70km ist alleine dem Reifenluftdruck geschuldet. Der empfohlene Reifenluftdruck beim MAX G2 D ist deutlich höher als beim MAX G30D II - der Akku ist bei beiden identisch. Schon beim MAX G30D II ist deutlich aufgefallen, dass der Reifenluftdruck den Roller in der Reichweite stark beeinflusst - ich fahre daher auch immer einen höheren Reifenluftdruck als empfohlen.
• Ich empfinde das Fahrsicherheitsgefühl auf dem MAX G30D II als spürbar höher. Der Grund wird sein, dass das Trittbrett des MAX G2 D einige Zentimeter höher liegt, und der Schwerpunkt sich daher verändert hat. Die Unfallgefahr sehe ich beim MAX G2 D somit höher.
• Die Hupe ist für die Straße und den KFZ-Verkehr konzipiert, für Fußgänger ist sie eine Zumutung. Und wo fahren wir doch sehr oft, genau, auf einem Fußgängerweg. Ich habe eine gewöhnliche Fahrradklingel angebracht.
• Blinker ist von hinten nicht immer sichtbar, da man sie mit dem Körper verdeckt.
• Kabel zum Rücklicht liegt frei, es kann im Gelände daher auch schnell beschädigt werden.
Was mich persönlich aber am meisten stört, das Gewicht und die Größe.
Im Vergleich zum MAX G30D II ist der MAX G2 D um die 5 Kilo schwerer - und er ist länger und der Lenker deutlich höher UND breiter. Ich fahre viel mit dem ICE und hab meinen Roller immer dabei, der MAX G30 D II ist da sehr viel geeigneter, da man den Roller immer rein und rauswuchten muss und da machen 20 oder 25 Kilo schon einen Unterschied. Auch für die Gepäckregale ist der MAX G2 D oft zu groß, je nach dem welcher ICE. Der Lenker ist beim auspacken zuerst durch sechs Schrauben zu montieren. Bevor der Scooter aktiviert werden kann, muss er per beiliegendem Ladekabel angeschlossen werden, die Ladung liegt bereits bei ca. der Hälfte.
Die grandiose Stabilität macht direkt Eindruck, die Liebe zum Detail macht sich beim Typenschild bemerkbar, welches als Metallschild seitlich angebracht wurde. Auch die Federung wirkt sehr verlässlich.
Die Einstellungen innerhalb der App sind vielseitig und übersichtlich.
Bei meinem Gerät fiel leider auf, dass bei der Verarbeitung etwas nachlässig gearbeitet wurde. Auch der Knopf zum ein und ausschalten machte Probleme und reagierte nicht auf alle Eingaben.
