Once your DoorMarts order has been dispatched, you can track its journey directly with the shipping carrier.
1. Find Your Tracking Number
After your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email is important as it will contain:
- Your unique Tracking Number.
- The name of the Shipping Carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, UPS, etc.) handling your delivery.
- Often, a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
Please check your inbox for this email. Don't forget to look in your spam or junk mail folder, just in case it landed there.
2. How to Track Your Order
Once you have your tracking number and know the carrier:
- Visit the official website of the shipping carrier mentioned in your email.
- Locate their package tracking section (often found on their homepage).
- Enter the tracking number from your Shipping Confirmation Email into the carrier's tracking tool.
- You will then see the latest updates on your shipment's progress.
Using the carrier's direct tracking service provides the most up-to-date information on your delivery.
Important Notes:
- Tracking Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system and show updates.
