    So i ordered this lift right before christmas. They actually shipped it fedex freight. I had a place to send it to with a forklift, but fedex is down the street. Changed it to willcall, picked it up and had the lift fully assembled and standing a few hours later. You really dont need much of the directions, dont over think it. Lift is amazing quality, and yes it might be a little scratched from shipping, but come on, even my floor jack is beat up. Look past that and you will be happy about this lift. It is very heavy, so have 3 to 4 friends over to help. We unloaded the arms and hardware out of the pillars, lifted it off the trailer with an engine hoist, them stood it up near where it was to be bolted to the floor. If you are doing this as a home install, an extension ladder and a 10 foot ladder would be best. We anchored the left pillar first. Put the second pillar in place, but not bolted down. Manhandled the cross bar up, then leveled the second pillar. Rest was straight forward.

    After ordering the lift I received a call from the seller confirming delivery address and the ability to off load the lift. It is a heavy package at about 1200 lbs. So it takes some equipment to unload. The lift is packaged very nicely and was delivered quickly, actually on the first day of the estimated delivery window. Construction and installation of the lift was very straightforward, although there were a couple of bolt holes that didn't line up completely this was fixed quickly with a drill with a rotary file bit. These were on the upper post section. Everything else went together great and the lift functions properly. Just remember to draw you alignment lines on the floor prior to standing your lift posts, take your measurements and make sure your posts are plumb. This lift seems to be as substantial as any of my bendpak lifts.

    Arrived fast, I shipped it right to my home address and just rented a forklift for the day which was 180$ and then 40$ each way to drop it off and pick it back up very fair priced rental if you ask me, unloaded easy with the forklift onto 2 square dollys, wouldn’t use the hardware they provide to install it I would get your own and do some research before installing. It did come with some scratches in certain spots from Shipping , which was expected message the seller and got a fair refund to make up for the scratches that really weren’t too bad and I wasn’t worried about.

    It was pretty self explanatory on the assembly. The instructions are a very poor English translation but you don’t need them anyway. I did buy normal concrete anchors rather than use the ones that came with it cause they are weird… but again it was super easy to put together and wire up. Stand it up, get your distance with base plate, level the masts with the shims, anchor the masts, move the baseplate, raise the lifters up to the first click, run cables and level them, run hydraulic line that connect masts, put motor/pump on, connect hydraulic line from pump to cylinder, wire it up, fill up reservoir with 2.5 gallons of fluid, put base plate back on, and fire it up.

No questions on how it all went together since they had most of it assembled to a point that was easy to understand my need to finish assembly. Includes assembly and installation instructions. I called to get some additional truck extension and the company sent them very quickly (added cost for more extensions - comes with 4). As with some of the rubber padded lift arms, my F250 Super Duty would slip too often so I manufactured 4 saddles from some scrap brackets to hold the truck frame from slipping. Love the lift and love the company! Would highly recommend.

    Very nice lift. Have had my grand Cherokee, X3, and 330i on it so far and no problems at all. The instructions are good, convert the metric to inches and round up to the nearest inch. Measure from back side of the plates and it will set up perfectly. To dial in your lift left and right put some weight on it then let it all the way back down then evenly tighten the cables. I did this by hand going till there was even resistance on both sides repeated a few times and it lifts and locks perfectly even. I did not use the supplied anchors. I went to home Depot and got a box of redhead 3/4 anchors it takes 10 of them so one box will do.

    The lift arrived quickly, packaging was not adequate as the lift had many scratches. Installed and tested. The lift had no issues with small, less than 80% max weight vehicles. I did experience a failure in one of the posts when lifting 7800lbs. I left and email for the seller and received prompt sand professional service within hours of my email. A few days later all failed parts have been replaced. I would recommend this seller and the 2 post lift.

    For the price, it is a great deal, but as mentioned in other reviews, the installation manual is severely lacking in correct and pertinent information and pictures. Thankfully this was not my first encounter with lift installation/service.

    Overall though, the lift works as described with no major complaints about it's operation or use. I would recommend and will likely purchase another 2-post lift soon.

    I don't understand anyone who is saying the install was difficult! If you can't put this lift together, idk why you need a hoist... Now you should have 2 people to set it up, but I wouldn't call it difficult. Pretty straight forward instructions. I do have a fork lift. So I bolted both posts & everything together 1st, then I stood it all up at once. If you don't have a fork lift, you will have to stand the posts up 1st or it will be to heavy by man. It doesn't come with a 220 plug. It's just 3 wires coming out of the motor. So you will have to run 10-2 wire to where ever 220 hookup is located in your shop & add a 220 male end plug to fit into the female end. I recommend 6 inches minimum of concrete floor while installing a 2 post lift. 4 inches is fine with a 4 post lift. If you're not sure how thick concrete is, take a Long drill bit tape it off at 6 inches and see if it hits the tape line.

    Works good for my home shop
    Directions were a little scetchey but as as long as you are mechanically inclined it goes up pretty easy

    This is the first lift I’ve ever installed. It was a super easy installation. After you get it unpackaged, it’s a breeze to set up. I do recommend using standard anchors as the ones sent are not the best to work with. For the money, it’s the best on the market.

    Arrived faster than expected. Had some minor cosmetic damage but the seller made it right. I am not a professional but would recommend using different concrete anchors than what were provided. Be sure to have one someone who understands electrical and concrete anchoring. Be safe be smart and this will be a great investment

    I was waiting until I installed and used them before writing a review. The install took a little bit due to waiting on having time and a second set of hands. They went together pretty smoothly. We had one issue with a switch. I emailed them and I kid you not, within 10 minutes of hitting the send button button they were calling me. I told her what was going on and she had me send her a picture of the factory tag from the lift that we were having the switch issue with. Once she got it she said "Got it. Going to ship you out one now." For context, this was at 4pm on a Friday. That to me was great support! Thanks again!

    I was surprised how good it was for the money its ez to put up if you are good with your hands. But if you are not mechanical not so good. Its very thick steel very sturdy goes up fast ez to get even left to right just adjust the cables . Picks up my car with out trouble at all. Love how good the locks lock and release.

    I purchased this lift last year and have used it weekly since. It is well made and has held up well. the directions for it is a bit difficult, but using my knowledge of electric and assembly i was able to assemble it. I have picked up everything from Polaris RZR's to 4 door Ford pickups. Only wish is that i came with short risers also to move the pads up about 2 inches. it comes with longer ones like 5 inches but shorter ones would help also.

    Is installed fairly simple unfortunately I received the wrong hydraulic hose for the main pump had to go to a hydraulic hose specialist and have a new hose with the proper fittings installed it cost me $160 more
