I love love love this machine.

Cons: the water in the drip tray fills up quickly and make sure you click be milk frothed magnet is clipped in properly before use.
Would I buy it again? Yes
Excellent coffee machine. Easy to operate and makes excellent coffee (depending on the quality of the coffee beans you bought).
I use it for cappuccino in the morning and espresso in the afternoon and evening. (4-5 operations a day). Regular use of the double basket.
I made cold coffee once and it came out excellent.
Meets my expectations of a machine like this and for its price.
Comes with starter pack, including cleaning accessories, tamper, funnel, different sized baskets, portafilter and quick start guide with some simple recipes.
I love this coffee machine, but it took me a bit of time to learn how to operate is. Is not that simple at first.
Needs full coffee grounds.
There are different coffee sizes and types to choose. Freshly grounded coffee tastes and smells delicious. I can't start a day without it in the morning.
Great addition to any kitchen. Pricey but well worth it. 100% recommended.
What I've always wanted was a bean to cup machine, but couldn't ever really justify the price (I've seen some for over a grand!). Work had one installed and it is tremendous, but it is obviously one of those industrial ones, which has a touchscreen, and goes from bean to cup in seconds. This only served to add to my yearning for a home machine.
Then one bleary eyed morning, I saw Vine was offering me the chance to nab this Ninja Luxe Premier 3-in-1 bean to cup machine. My heart pounding as I placed my order and it went through.
One the day of delivery, this HUGE box appeared, and it was heavy. Much heavier than expected. However, on unboxing, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as big as I thought it was, given the size of the packaging. I sat perfectly on the countertop.
Read the instructions, they are easy to follow, there's a main booklet, a quick guide, QR codes, and other bits and bobs. As I was new to the whole "bean to cup" system, it was a mildly daunting, however, the instructions where clear.
I soon had the system installed, flushed (with water), filter in place, and calibrated for my particular coffee bean of choice (currently a Meso-American blend).
In next to no time, following instructions, I had my first latte and it tasted like a real latte, a one you get in real coffee shops.
The machine has multiple grind settings, and the clear display will tell you the best setting for your bean and particular drink you're wanting to make. The milk frother also has multiple settings from steamed milk all the way to full frothy goodness, of a consistency that you may see at student foam parties!
Once over some initial, but minor, hurdles, this Ninja is SO easy to use with little input from yourself when brewing.
Each time I go to use it for a coffee I am excited, as the whole process is such fun, from griding to tampering the grounds, from attaching the portafilter to the group head to brewing your coffee, from adding milk to the frother and attempting to make art from the milk froth, this is SUCH fun.
I swear, this thing is so good that IF I didn't already have one, I'd be ordering one right now.
Sure, some people may be put off by the price, but, seriously, the prices of similar machines are eye watering. This Ninja comes in at the lower end.
So, are there any negatives? Yes, yes there are. The funnel. There is a plastic funnel that you need to clip onto the portafilter to be able to attach to the system to receive your grounds. It feels fragile, and a quick look online reveals that this part breaks easily. There are sellers on Etsy selling 3D printed funnels, and each time I look on the Ninja site, the funnel is forever "out of stock". As such, I am SO careful with the funnel, as without it you have a big coffee smelling paperweight.
First of all the machine comes with clear printed instructions along with a great recipe book for different coffees and what you need to do to create them. I chose to set the machine up and learn how to use it via the instructional video that you can access by scanning the barcode sticker on the machine (that easily peels off when you’re done with it!). The video was brilliant, it really helped both me and my wife to follow along and it didn't take long until we had our coffee creations down to a fine art.
The machine is incredibly clever, it works out the grind size and consistency for you, so you don't need to be an expert barista to make amazing-tasting coffee. My favourite cuppa is a latte or a caramel macchiato and so my absolute favourite feature is the milk frother with its four automated froth presets!! It's blooming brilliant! And gives me the perfect milk consistency for my caffeine hit of choice.
What really sets this machine apart is how simple it is to use. I can effortlessly switch between different coffee styles and get perfect results with minimal effort. The silver design looks great in my kitchen - unlike other appliances you won't want to hide it away in a cupboard, if you're like me, you’ll want to show it off., And the process of making coffee has actually become an enjoyable ritual rather than a chore. Every cup tastes rich, smooth, and full of flavour. I really can’t recommend this machine highly enough! It cleans up easily and even has places to store your accessories inside of it. If you’re after a coffee machine that makes coffee like the big brands with ease then you will not be disappointed. It’s made my coffee routine feel a little more luxurious and a lot more fun. Highly recommend! I would give it more stars if I could.
Aesthetics:
Aesthetically, I think it's a very attractive machine, of course, this is a very subjective opinion but the chrome/silver and black is a very elegant look and it goes great with the other gadgets in the kitchen. I also love the shape, it's one of the better coffee machines in this regard, and for the amount it can do, it's quite small. I'll give this a 10/10.
Ease of use:
For the ease of use, it might give someone who've never used a coffee machine a little run around but it shouldn't take too long to get to grips with it. For those who have used one, I think it's pretty intuitive and well thought out. What I love is that it grinds by weight and I think the machine knows exactly what it's doing. Depending what kind of coffee you want, some takes more steps than others, especially for things like an espresso. If you're someone who just walks in the kitchen, boils the kettle and throws it all in a cup, well, this isn't as quick as that, but you're going to get a much better coffee from the machine. There is a lack of dedicated options for Latte's/Cappuccino's etc where some machines have a dedicated button for this, but of course you can still make them, just using the milk frother. 7/10
Maintenance:
Maintenance is easy enough. I've had a few coffee machines in the years and this doesn't need a lot of work which is nice. Cleaning is easy though, most of it is self-cleaning but the parts you will need to do manually is quick and simple. 8/10
Noise:
The larger coffee machines can be noisy and this is no different. In fact, the first time I used a large machine I was worried it was broken due to the grindings, rumblings and buzzing's but it's totally normal and I would say this is pretty average in this regard. It's not too loud and since most people don't make coffee at 1am in the morning, I think the sound is well within the average household noise. 7/10
Versatility:
A very versatile machine, it gives you a beautiful expresso and the options for that are: Expresso, Quad and cold pressed. The Coffee options are: Classic, Rich, Over Ice and Cold brew and you have a milk froth option, from 1 to 4. There's also the grind, giving you the rather intuitive automatic one or up to 25 of your own. As previously said, you can make Americano's, Cappuccino's etc but if you're new to coffee machines you might want to look at a guide for this, but it is easy enough. 9/10
My Final Thoughts:
This is a remarkable machine that looks great in any kitchen and is great for hosting guests and impressing them with Café-like coffee. The build quality feels great but I cannot speak for the longevity yet, but it does look very well made. There is a lot of options and it's pretty technologically advanced, but that does mean there's more to go wrong. It's not cheap! It's currently at £549 which is a high price to pay just for a coffee, but that coffee is good and if you're in the market for a coffee machine in this price range then I cannot see you going wrong with this. The hardest thing for me is putting a number on it, especially as there's only 5 stars. I would say this is a solid 8.5/10 if not a 9/10 and since I can't do half stars here I will give an overall 5/5. It's not perfect but my reasoning is that 4/5 would be an 8/10 or 80% but I think it deserves more than that.
I'm very happy with it! It's a great product and I absolutely recommend it but if this is out of your price range, it is at the end of the day, just a coffee machine but comparing it to similarly priced products I think this is up there at the top.

Final Thoughts - Remarkable machine with great build quality and café-like coffee. Worth the investment for those looking for a versatile machine.
